What's New

New banking regulations require financial institutions to strengthen the customer authentication process used to access their online accounts. Penn Security Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Online Banking customers. An additional layer of security has been added to our log-in process which will ensure that your information is safe and secure, helping to protect you from fraud and identity theft.

After you sign on to our Online Banking website, we will ask you to pick an "authentication image" provided by our security system and enter a pass-phrase that will help you remember what image was chosen. You will also be asked to (1) enter your email address, (2) provide answers to three security challenge questions and (3) decide whether or not to register your computer.

As part of the sign-on process, you will view a unique image and enter a phrase that will be displayed each time you access our Online Banking system. When you see the image and phrase that you have chosen, you will have the assurance that you have not been directed to a fraudulent website. We will also ask if you want to register your home or office computer which will allow access to our Online Banking system. These additional security measures are needed to give you peace of mind while conducting your home banking transactions.
