Greg D. Misterman
Executive Vice President | Chief Lending Officer

Mr. Misterman joined the Penn Security Bank team in 2007 as the Chief Lending Officer and Corporate Banking Division Head.  He earned a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York and has 28 years of commercial lending experience. Mr. Misterman is responsible for all aspects of commercial banking in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, and Wayne counties.

Andrew A. Kettel, Jr.
Executive Vice President | Private Banking Division Head

Mr. Kettel is a long-time employee of Penn Security Bank.  He earned a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Scranton and has 40 years of experience in the areas of commercial lending and wealth management. He has also taught several Accounting, Real Estate Financing, and Banking Courses at Penn State University, The University of Scranton, and Lackawanna College. Mr. Kettel holds Series 7, PA 63, and Life Insurance licenses. He is responsible for developing new business throughout the bank’s branch network with a primary focus on Lackawanna County.

Joseph I. Killeen
Senior Vice President | Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Mr. Killeen earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Wilkes University. He is also a graduate of Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University and is a RMA Certified Risk Manager. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and commercial real estate lending.  Mr. Killeen is responsible for developing commercial business in Luzerne, Lackawanna & Monroe counties. 

Sharon Burne

Vice President | Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Mrs. Byrne is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and completed her Masters degree at the University of Scranton. She has over 20 years of commercial banking experience and is responsible for originating new commercial loans and cross selling additional bank products and services to help her clients meet their financial goals.

Denise M. Cebular
Vice President | East Stroudsburg Branch Manager | Business Banking Officer

Ms. Cebular is a long-time employee of Penn Security Bank. She is an honor graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University.  She has over 30 years of financial service experience in the banking industry and holds Series 7, Series 63, and Pennsylvania Insurance Life and Fixed Annuity licenses. Ms. Cebular’s primary focus is commercial lending in Lackawanna, Monroe, Wayne, & Luzerne Counties. She is also an active community volunteer and earned the distinctions of International Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellow, Stroudsburg Rotarian of the year, and was the recipient of the 2007 International Athena Woman in Business Award. 

J. Patrick Dietz
Vice President | Business Banking Officer

Mr. Dietz is a long-time employee of Penn Security Bank. He earned a MBA in Finance from Marywood University.  He is also a graduate of the North Atlantic School of Lending.  Mr. Dietz has over 30 years of banking experience and is responsible for developing new business in Monroe County as well as the Abington and Scranton areas. He also talks with clients about business banking solutions and products that the bank offers to maximize their banking needs.

Britt H. Jones
Vice President | Business Banking Officer

Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University. He has over 45 years of experience in his field and is primarily responsible for developing business in Old Forge, Duryea, Taylor, Moosic and West Pittston.

Joseph W. Loftus
Vice President | Business Banking Officer

Mr. Loftus joined Penn Security Bank in May of 2008. He earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Scranton and has over 20 years of banking experience. Mr. Loftus is responsible for developing business in Dunmore and Scranton.  He specializes in SBA, Construction, Commercial and Municipal Government Lending.
