Cosmic Card is an ATM Card

A Penn Security Cosmic Card is a debit card which can be used to make purchases or obtain cash withdrawals wherever MasterCard is honored.
The Penn Security Cosmic Card can be used at automated teller machines (ATMs) belonging to MasterCard and the STAR and Cirrus networks, and at locations where Cirrus and PLUS Cards are honroed in a sharing environment.
The Cosmic Card can also be used at point-of-sale terminals belonging to the STAR network. When you use Cosmic Card, the funds are deducted from your checking account.

Lost or Stolen Cards - You should notify us immediately if your card becomes lost or stolen. Call us at (570) 346-7741 during normal business hours, or at (800) MC ASSIST in the evening, holidays or weekends.
You will not be liable for any unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us. Regardless, if we are notified of your lost or stolen card within 24 hours, your liability will not exceed $50.00.

Travel Life Insurance - While you are riding on a common carrier using a ticket purchased through the use of a MasterCard, you are covered for accidental death up to $100,000.
The best part of the insurance is that it costs you nothing more than the interest you pay the Bank on the balance in your MasterCard account.
